Plans, pricing and billing
What each tier includes, how to upgrade or cancel, and what happens if your card fails.
Klickly has five public tiers. Every tier is described by two numbers: how many smart links you can have, and how many Instagram accounts you can sync. There's no separate "active vs total" links cap and no separate creators cap — it's all just one number per resource.

- 1
Starter (Free) — 1 link, 0 IGs
1 smart link, basic analytics, hosted on klickly.app/<slug> with the Klickly badge in the footer. No Shield, no custom domain, no IG sync. Perfect to try the platform.
- 2
Individual ($8/mo) — 1 link, 1 IG
1 smart link, 1 Instagram account synced, Shield bot tracking, custom domain, no Klickly branding, full click analytics. For solo creators with one main destination.
- 3
Pro ($29/mo) — 5 links, 5 IGs
5 smart links, 5 IG accounts, everything in Individual plus geographic redirects, GA4 + Meta Pixel, bulk CSV import, cross-link comparison analytics. For creators running campaigns.
- 4
Agency ($69/mo) — 20 links, 20 IGs
20 smart links, 20 IG accounts, everything in Pro plus language filtering and a team of up to 5 members. For agencies managing several creators at once.
- 5
Scale ($150+/mo) — 50 to 500 links
Slider tier with four capacity levels (50/100/200/500 smart links + IG accounts). $150/mo for 50 links scaling up to $1050/mo for 500. Unlimited team members. For high-volume agencies.
Yearly = 2 months free
Every paid plan has a monthly and a yearly cycle. Yearly costs 10 months of the monthly price (i.e. 2 months free). The savings show up automatically at the bottom of every card on the /pricing page.
What happens if your card fails
Paddle (our payment processor) retries automatically for ~14-28 days, sending you emails to update your card. During that window you keep access. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled and your account drops to Starter — you keep your existing data but can't create new links past the Starter cap. Re-subscribe any time from /pricing and you're back to your previous tier immediately.
How to cancel
Click the gear icon in your sidebar → Settings → Billing → "Manage subscription". This opens Paddle's customer portal where you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then.
